    CLASS3 - on the assumption that you and folks like good leather - here are two closer shots of my two somewhat ''cowboy'' rigs (top center in other pic). In fact they mainly got used at range. One was for my 5" M27 - with a cross draw option if I fitted that on .... the other held my Redhawk. Used a tie-down on M27 one for practical revo shooting.

    I had help from a leatherworking buddy - who made bags and luggage mostly but - after me designing shape etc and applique aspect - got him to help assemble these. I was and still am very happy with results - guess this was 20 years ago now!

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Looking at my current selection of holster gear - I must take another pic - if only to maintain my ''chief packrat'' status!
    Have a Ruger vaquero in .44 mag. at the gun shop waiting for me. Other than that most the pistols I have are semi auto combat/defense guns or .22 plinkers.
    Matched pair - handsome to boot Bud. That is I confess (so far) the one thing I have not achieved, a true pairing.
    Guess I have ''concentrated'' on diversity, with an obscene emphasis on quantity!
    My ideal pairing would be to find another Smith 5" M27-2 - one of my first revo loves long ago - and it still produces a noticeable ''arborial'' effect!
    Bud - yep - I got what you meant - like - ''finishing up with'' a matched pair! One first - then the other. Nice tho!
    Never so easy in daylight Bud plus - depends so much on the powder being used. Still a good orange projected fireball tho.
    Remember that muzzle flash pic of my Raging Bull? That was near twilight and - a very 'flashfull' Win 240 grain load.
