I have CT grips on my Taurus .38 Ultra lite special.
I'm bummed out because they aren't available for primary CC S&W CS45 - neither are Lasermax....

I have the CT LG-405 on my S&W 642.
Rubber on the back-strap helps cushion the hand better than standard rubber grips. Essentially there is no rear sight on a 642, just a groove, so this is a big help on such a gun.
I wouldn't put them on a Glock, as I don't want to add thickness to the gun's grip (I have small hands) and see no need for them on my 1911.
So my answer depends on the gun, sight system, and what other impact it has on the gun/shootability.
