I was thinking about getting this gun, but at a pricetag of about $700, I was looking for a first hand review of anyone here that has one or has shot one before. I am also wondering if anyone has some non-stock photos of this gun, because there have been a few cases where I thought the stock image made the gun look awesome and then images taken by owners made the gun look terrible, and vise versa.

I own 3 beretta's: cx4 9mm carbine, 92fs 9mm, and px4 storm 9mm,all handle great, very accurate and have all been EXTREMELY reliable. I have shot about 100 rounds thru an associates ninety-two and it was quite accurate and fun , no problems w/ 2 boxes of wwb but that is far from a test of reliability as opposed to the 5000 or so rounds that have gone thru my personal guns w/o any problems; I liked it but prefer the px4 storm, just "felt" better to me. the px4 is also cheaper and IMHO more accurate.
You can get those for $570 at http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...ducts_id/23511. I really want a first hand review as well. I own a 92fs, and love it, thought about getting a M9A1 or one of the 90-2's soon. You can't go wrong with a nice Beretta, you can also get those 90-2's in .40cal.
I have one and have about 2000 rounds through it. Been very reliable and accurate. It is the 92fs and started out as a HD, then a carry and back to HD.
IMHO, if you're planning on buying a beretta, go with the PX4. i've shot a 92, 90-two, and a PX4 and the PX4 is definitely the best. it's also lighter and slightly smaller.
I bought one a year ago for about $600. It has eaten all 9mm bullets without any hiccups. The gun did shoot low when I bought it. I sent it back to Berreta and now its perfect. I love the gun, but it still doesn't beat my 1911. Therefor I don't shoot it as much...But I still think its a great firearm.
