    I Need a Professional Ruger Gunsmith ?

I recently purchased a 3" GP100 for CCW/ home defense, and I'm looking for a highly competent Gunsmith to do some custom work. Who is topnotch that you would trust your life with? If I talk to one more idiot with a Dremel......

I keep seeing the name Gemini Customs beside some pictures of some really nice Rugers. No personal experience, but the SP101s he does are great looking.

Like sheepdog I don't have any personal experience, but of nationally known companies Gemini Custom is the one I hear the most.

Custom Ruger specialist are a little rare because (as I understand it) Ruger doesn't provide much support (parts availability, etc.) to non-factory Gunsmiths. Ruger (corporate) wants you to address any issues back to the factory to reduce their liability exposure. I found all this out while trying to get a P345 "tuned".

Gemini Customs (mentioned above) is a refreshing exception to this general rule. If you send a Ruger DA Revolver to them...you'll find out that they can turn a peach into a work of ART. I've never heard of ANYONE being dissatisifed with Gemini!
There are only TWO kinds of people in this world; those who describe the world as filled with two kinds of people...and those who don't.
