Just got my new DPMS M4. It is beautiful, now just can't wait to go to the range and shoot it. I got it with a Target Sports sporting scope with gree/red reticle lights, along with the detachable carrying handle. Got it all for $1000. Hope it was a good deal. Don't know much about DPMS but, I saw it and had to have it. It has the 16in barrel and collapsable stock. Cant wait to break it in!!!!

With DPMS, if you're going to reload, make sure you get a small base re-sizer die or use Redding Body Dies (very tight chambers). In my experience you can expect close to 1 MOA groups out of that puppy--they are truly outstanding rifles.
I've had a DPMS AR-15 for several years now with about 2K rounds through it. Very accurate and reliable piece...you'll like it. The only malfunction I've ever had was some reloads I bought at a gun show...they wouldn't run in a friend of mines AR either. Needless to say I pitched the rest of the reloads...
congrats dpms are great rifles . 1 will turn in to 3 or 4 or 5 it a diease you catch when you buy one of these puppys we call it ebrd or evil black rifle diease heres mine....
Congrats. Just make sure you follow the break-in procedure in your owner's manual, and stay away from corrosive or steel-cased ammo. Either one will void your warranty. Have fun!
