What sights for 1991a1 Commander?

I've got a Colt Series 80 1991a1 Commander that I love...except for the sights. I have trouble seeing the plain black front sight at times. I would like to get a set of 3 dot or Heinie Straight 8 type sights, but I can't find any that will fit my gun. My Commander has a dovetailed rear sight and stake-on front sights. I bought a set of Williams Fire Sights, but when I took them to the gunsmith for installation, the dovetail on the rear sight was too narrow for the cut on my slide! I don't necessarily need tritium sights as this is not a primary carry or defensive gun and I would like to keep costs down. Also, I would like something that doesn't require any cutting or milling of my slide. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Brownell's has the Millet and the MGW that will fit the existing rear dovetail. The MGW can be had w/ a White Dot stake on front.
The Millet also has a high vis front OR you can buy a narrow or wide tang stake on Trijicon with Tritium and a white dot.
There are probably a few others that will not require machining your slide.
Call Brownell's and request a catalog. They will get one right out to you.
