Well - favorably!
My step son is in the Navy (just 7/12) and just gotten petty officer status. He is also just home on 2/52 leave and he asked a while ago - ''can we hit the range"
We plan a session on Wednesday but - today we were chatting and I did not realize that he had already had some quite useful drills. Using of course Beretta 92.
Apart from ''just'' punching paper traditionally - there is seemingly a very nice emphasis on safety and also some drills where they draw and shoot from retention - and others where they have 2 rounds in a mag and have to shoot those and speed reload.
All sounds better than i had thought - so - Wednesday I think will be a fun session altho he'll have to manage with a SIG instead of Beretta - I don't think he'll mind
Will probably write it up if time allows after.
