    We're a bit behind. Let's change that.

Is this hard to understand? Then why does it get unintelligible to some people when 5 little words are changed?

I voted its interesting to find out that those officer killings probably don't involve AWs infact those 3 cops in TX were killed with a shotgun.

Everyone jumps to ban "assault weapons", even when handguns or shotguns are used in the crime. I guess i'd probably better buy the M1A i'm wanting before next year.

Yep, or as we saw in the case of Canada, they jump to ban knives.

    Interesting....

Their deaths are part of a rising number of fatal police shootings across the nation that have led police officials and law enforcement analysts to suggest that an increasing number of suspects are adopting a troubling disregard for cops. Miami Police Chief John Timoney describes the phenomenon as an emerging "hunter" mentality among criminals.
I never knew criminals to have any regard for police to begin with.....

54% (against a ban) to 43% (for a ban) along with 3% poor souls that either clicked the wrong button or found the decision too difficult.
Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.

Look at what defines "assault weapon" in the legal sense. You'll understand very clearly afterwards. Detachable magazine? More than 10 rounds? Collapsible stock or pistol grip? Barrel shroud?

If it is not in the US Constitution then the Federal Government should not be doing it.
