    Nothin' fancy

    Marlin 783 -- .22 mag. from the late 1970's. I bought it 2 years ago for $70.
The walnut stock was varnished! so I sanded it to the wood and refinished with tung oil...
I hit every coke can at 50 yards with the open sights so I'm not complaining..
    Nothin' fancy, but I'm happy............

.22lr Ruger New Model Single Six. This is the gun that has the most rounds put through of all the ones I own. Its fun to shoot and I am impressed with the accuracy as well.

Just picked this up yesterday...to replace the Browning Buckmark I sold 6 months ago. Although I doubled my money on that one, I bought this one for less than I got out of the other and this one has the 5.5" bbl rather than the 4 and has 2 mags instead of one. This one needed some cleaning up, but once I went over it a little bit it is in 99% condition. Got to get to the range soon and get her dialed in!!!!! Maybe next a red dot scope?????

    I like 10/22s
    Ruger Sig Browning.jpg
The 22/45 and Sig are real sweet shooters. The Buckmark hasn't been to the range yet, but I'm sure it will be too.

The H&R "22 Special" belonged to my grandfather, so it doesn't get out to play very often.
    HUSQVARNA.jpg
The Husqvarna was found in the back of my Aunts (now 88) dresser drawer when I was packing her to move. It was made between 1897 and 1905. Originally chambered in 7.5mm, it was sleeved to 22lr at some point in it life. My Aunt complained that it was "TOO LOUD"( she had used it to dispatch a pair of skunks) with high velocity rounds. I detail cleaned it and ran some sub sonic ammo. Not bad at all.

The Stevens is a single shot of unknown pedigree. Perfect for teaching young new shooters.

The situation will NEVER BE THE WAY YOU WANT, it WILL BE THE WAY IT IS. You must be FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO ADAPT and just "DEAL WITH IT".
