Sadly, the potential for harm in the military comes with the territory. I do not have enough fingers to count the number of servicemen that I have known that were harm/lost in training. My prayers to his family in these difficult times.

In my home, all firearms that are not in my safe or antique wall-hangers are loaded. There is no doubt whether or not they are or are not loaded. Always loaded all the time. (No kids and only well known visitors.)
