    My Christmas present

Christmas is over but I did manage to get myself something.

Very nice but it looks like a lemon. I will gladly take it off your hands at no charge to you and save you years of frustration.

Since I'm known as nothing but a 1911 shooter, I will admit I have a stainless Ruger in .22/.22mag configuration. I only use it to dispatch unwanted critters quietly. Also taught my daughters to shoot with it. If I were to admit I love the revolver, I'd lose my credibility with the true pistol group!

Looks much like my Ruger Bearcat in stainless...same/same?

My first weapon was a 1911 so I know what you mean, but there's nothing better than going to the range and shooting 500 ish rounds for $10.

I've had a Single Six for over fifty years. You can't wear one out. But it wouldn't hurt a thing if you ordered a set of Wolff springs and put them in. Makes a sweet little gun even sweeter.

I think everyone should have a ruger 22/22mag revolver in their collection.
They are fun to shoot and will not break the bank in the process.

Very nice, I own a blued version my dad bought before I was born. Still works perfect.
retsupt99, I believe the Bearcat is a slightly smaller framed gun.

Great gun, bought a used one at a pawnshop last summer and it is one of my favorite range guns.
