    You mentioned, "The first two times were with my handloads. I have been loading for over 30 years and all ammo on both occassions was made on a Dillon XL650. I was told that I must have double charged the load in order to blow it up...

    I guess I'm a little surprised that you can get a double charge in the case; seems like it would overflow???????

    Yes, I'm absolutely sure it did not fire out of battery.

    If you look at the pics of the crack in the barrel you can see that the gun is fully in battery.

    k, I was trying to think of what could be in common between your loads and theirs. I guess it's extremely bad luck. Hope they make it right!
