Helped two friends learn about handguns.

I have two friends that are taking the first step toward getting a handgun for protection in the home. I am hoping that sometime down the line they will want to carry too. We met for about a two hour discussion and they were very interested in all the aspects of handguns and self-defense. The wife is pregnant and due in about 3 weeks so I said we would put off taking the NRA's First Steps class until sometime after the baby is born. I just love breaking in new folks to handguns and self-defense.

Congratulations! That is such a rewarding feeling! Seems like more and more people are starting to come around about taking personal defense more seriously.

Maybe the new mom-to-be will get involved in the class as well!
