Question Need Some Springfield Armory Help

Ok guys, my beloved Springfield Armory has stumped me. My Dad is looking at two different guns and wants to know the difference. Problem is, ever since Springfield Armory went to that crappy flash only website, it has been nearly impossible to search their site.

Both guns look identical, both are completely as they were when they left the factory, except for being fired, both have all the same features. So the question is: what is the difference.

    One is model number PX9802L
    other is Model number PC9802L

A quick search online shows that only the PX980 is legal in CA, beyond that I have no idea what the difference is.

    PC9802L
    Rail, bi tone finish

    PX9802L
    All stainless, no rail

I think BT1911 and born2die are both right.

    1) The PX is on Kali's "legal" list
    2) The PC has a rail...and possibly comes with a light.
