    Our Easter Celebration

Today was our 2nd. annual Easter Egg shoot. It was a fun afternoon. We were the only folks there. Donna shot her Beretta 9mm carbine and I went with my MAK 90 and a S&W Model 15 .38 and a Ruger Redhawk .44 mag. My wife is a crack shot with that little Beretta.

We hard boiled half of the eggs and left half raw, 4 dozen total. I think raw is just a little better. More splatter. The foam bunnies and ducks literally fly when you hit them and they are re-usable. It was a bit nippy out, but still a really great day.

What a waste of what could have been some good deviled eggs. Oh well, at least you had fun, and that is what is most important.

    Howdy,

Looks like you two had lots of fun.

Will we see you down in Mansfield on the 29th?

Hey Len, good to bump into you. No, I won't be in Mansfield on the 29th. At least I do not think so, but am sorely tempted!

    Ditto Steve.

Too bad, we even had a great time in the snow and rain on the 15th. Ended early but had a competition, shooting 8 rounds at a baseball . . . most hits took the pot. Winner had an M1 Garand and hit it 6 out of 8 times.

Think it over some more. Any semi-auto rifle will do. We had one with a Ruger 10/22 and an assortment of other rifles.
