Ah ,yes....jets so loud they completely drown out your stereo....funny how you eventually get so used to it that you don't really even notice them

The strange thing is how used to it you get. I visited my parents last time I was on leave and had trouble getting to sleep when I was there. No jets overhead, it was too quiet.

If I hear gunfire, it’s my wife she woke up before I did and shot the BG
I would be off duty, so I would get my handheld and call an officer buddy to check it out.( and back him up )
