    It's in summer hiatus.

    The extractor never makes contact with the bullet as the slide dose not go into battery.
    Not really true. When you are setting up the drill, the extractor won't make contact with the case that is chambered - only the one trying to come out of the magazine. However, once you remove the magazine and rack the slide to clear the jam - you will force the extractor over the case rim of the chambered cartridge (providing you slingshot it good and hard) which will grab it and pull it out. If you don't do it hard, it won't clear the jam. In which case keep doing it until it works....or transition to your secondary (tertiary...)

    Getting back to the basics never hurt anyone. I have the entire TR video set, it is good to refresh from time to time.

    Good vid. But Clint Smith really needs to switch to decaf, everytime I see him in something he is wired for sound.
