    Newly Duracoated BHP

I just wanted to share a couple of pix of the "new" hipower after it's bath in Duracoat.

I've had this 1976 pistol since about 1992 and it was in need of some clean up.

Let me know what you think!

Very Nice! Looks like great work all the way around and I love the grips.

    Happy Shooting!

    Thanks!

They said that they are Wilson grips but basically the same as Mil-Tac. I need to research a bit and find out exactly what I got. :)

I'm pretty sure those are Mil-Tacs, the color doesn't match my VZs and Wilson doesn't offer (or at least have them listed on their website) G10 grips for the HP.

Thanks to all for the kind feedback.

I've done a bit of research and it does look like the G10 Mil-Tacs are what was put on it. They make the grip feel quite a bit thinner than the original walnut grips or the Pachmyrs that were on it. I'm glad I sprung for the extra $$ to get them.

I appreciate your willingness to help me out in my time of need, however I made this horrible choice and, alas, must now pay the price.
