I wish I could get my daughter to do that. Maybe a pink gun.

Woohoo! I wish I could have done that school at 11.

Thanks for sharing this, Paco. I've passed it on to quite a few folks.

That's that little girl that field strips an AR like you wouldn't believe. Good for her and her parents.

My daughter wants to do that NOW, but at 8, she's still a little too young (and too tiny) for it.

Ya, she does. But she knows how to clear them. Kudos.

I see a future beauty pageant winner, or at least a DC calendar month reserved in about 10 years.

When i went to TDI a few years ago here in Ohio for a three day class, there were two youngish teenagers there with their fathers. I though then that their "what I did over the summer" stories were going to be pretty interesting.

As an aside, I'm thinking that when she grows up and starts dating that her father isn't going to be the only person her boyfriends will be wary of and try their best not to tick off.

That is how I am starting with my kids. I am going over the rules of finding a gun, and the 4 rules of handling a gun. I then am letting them handle and dry fire my Red Rider BB gun, sorry no compass in the stock.

After a little bit I will take them out back and let them shoot in to a trap and then work up to a .22 rifle that I learned on.
