How often do you go into your safe?

Now that I have a real safe, I am finding, at least just these past few days, that I am going into it several times a day to get stuff, lock stuff up before I go out, etc, etc, etc. I do not think I will forget my combination as I have used it enough.

So I was wonder, just how many times a day are you finding yourself going into your safe?

On average, less than once per day. Get up, carry gun goes in Versipack (during the week, IWB on weekends), with me all day. After work, it goes IWB. When I go to bed it goes on the nightstand. Rinse and repeat. No in and out of the safe for my CCW. Usually on the weekends 2-3 times per day.

typically once a day. I open it when I get home so I have access to long guns should the need arise.

I go into my pistol safe twice a day, Once in the morning to get my pistol out and once in the evening to put it back.

Long gun safe maybe once or twice a week

I open my safe about 3 times a week to get guns out for the range if you count putting them back then it's 6

I can't fit in my safe. Too many guns in there.

I open my safe twice a day. Once to get my gun out and once to put my gun back. I have a handgun safe next to the bed (I have a child at home).

Makes sense to me---of course it would have been better if that option were available! I'm pretty much in the same category, I just had to choose one of the AVAILABLE options (3-5). To start the day-put night time home defense pistol with night sights and attached flashlight/laser away and get out daytime carry pistol. During the day-if there are any varmints spotted, I'd be getting out the 10/22 or AR15, or if it's a range day-I'd be getting out several. Then at night, it's putting up the EDC and getting out the NTHD pistol once again.

I have a safe in my gun safe which holds stuff we use to keep in the safe deposit box so if I get into the gun safe, it sometimes isn't to reach for a gun. I am into it several times a day, every day

Just every two weeks to check on the Moisture control module. Unless I am going in to get something out to shoot.

I have a separate handgun safe in which we keep our edc handguns when they're not being carried. That one gets plenty of use....

For me the question would be more appropriately worded "how many times a week." The answer would then be 1-2 times.

Most days 1-2 times, some days more, some less, on average 1-2 times!!
