    40 Caliber Cleaner

I am looking for a brush and mop for a 40 caliber pistol. So far I looked at Gander Mtn. yesterday and at Midway (they sell kits).

    Any ideas?

Thank you, My only gun cleaning experience is with a brush, patches, & mop, I have always done it that way. Will a Boresnake do the entire job?

The Boresnake makes cleaning an easier task. I still use a slightly oiled patch afterwards.

No, but does a great job on helping getting it done. I still use patches soaked with Hoppes #9, let it sit, then boresnake 5-6 times, then more patches. I finish with Breakfree CLP.
