Bushmaster AR and think its awesome.
Any users have comments on the Beta
Drum. Most people I know that I show
it to have never seen or heard of one.

I have one and rarely use it.
If your AR is an NFA auto select then a Beta Mag can be fun and maintain sustained fire without having to reload every 3 seconds.
Other than that, I think I wasted my money. Not to mention, their darn heavy fully loaded.
Just my .02
Skygod..........want to sell it?:image035:
Sometimes I wish I had one for my Bushmaster. They definitely look K.A. on the rifle. I always seem to come up with a better use for a couple hundred bucks though. Couple hundred bucks can load a lot of thirty round mags!

I'll agree with the waste of money with little or no practical value, but they are a neat novelty.
My buddy has one for his M-16 with 7.5" barrel, after about 2 mags of full auto he heated his barrel up so hot he decided that wasn't such a good thing,He pretty much sticks with 30 round mags now.In a firefight I think they would lay down some impressive fire, not much practical use in civilian world and they run about 250.00.I believe cdnnimvestments has them in black and tan for that price
