S&W has long been known for customer service, and they have come a long way in recent years in their product offerings.

Shipped my M&P today to S&W for an action job and performance center sear.

I hope I'm as happy as you when I get it back!

Feels kind of strange with my old 22 back on my side... strange but good.

Sent them a 686 for flame cutting the top strap back in the 80's, and it came back with a new barrel, and an amazing trigger. Almost like a bonus for your trouble.
