My New Plinker has Arrived!
Well, after 30 days of waiting, and New York State CoBIS ranting (you can see my rant here: http://www.defensivecarry.com/vbulle...-rant-day.html), it finally arrived!
It's a Taurus, M94 .22, 9-shot, 4". I got the grease off of it, and will take it to the range tomorrow. Now I have another new toy to play with! What fun!

Looks nice! I too am in the market for a new Taurus wheel gun.
It is utterly illogical to believe that passing laws to reduce gun violence will be successful when those who are commiting the gun violence do not obey the law.

Well, since Friday, I put at least 500 through it. Still a little stiff cocking the hammer, but like anything new, needs to be broken in.
It's a great shooting gun, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an all around fun revolver!

JonInNY. Is this the Gander off I-84. Route 17, exit 120 ?. I stopped here a few weeks back when I was passing. I am going over to Hoffmans. Newington, CT. tomorrow so I will have a look at these. Maybe swing by Cabela's in Hartford as well. I live North of Danbury, CT. Thank's.

Very nice pistol. I don't like the new finishes they're using now though. Blue or shiney suits me. Guess I'm just too old fashioned.

I knw what you mean, but that brushed stainless looks pretty good when you actually handle it. Also, I think it may not show up minor blemishes as easily.
