YOU are screwed... she'll like it and you will be looking for a new gun. My Ex, hated handguns, but she liked the M16 a lot .... and was deadly accurate with it... the Army taught her well. She could shoot any AR around and loved them.

She could shoot handguns well also, but just didn't like them. She liked to come up once in awhile and put 10 rounds dead center (practically thru the same hole) and walk away with us grumbling.

yea, next payday is gonna be tight, quit my junk job at Sams Club to go to school, and suddenly i dropped from working 6 days this week to 1 or 2 days this week, because "the schedule got messed up". so i dont think we will be shooting then, but i love it... hadnt gone in a few weeks, and the flame is re-ignited :D

so tomorrow is work... sun. is rest... and monday is looking for a job hiring weekends.

My wife is 5'2" and 120 to 130 lbs she like the fun of shooting my ar15 from the hip rapid fire just to blow off steam. She shoots .38, can shoot .357 but tries to avoid it, she shoots both of my .45acp, and of course 9mm. In rifle she shoots my ar .223 the most, she can shoot my SKS 7.62x39 though the rifle is heavy for her, she has shot a .44mag lever gun, and she shot my 30-06 once and swore she would never do it again. Don't underestimate women they can handle most anything when they get ofer the fear of the noise, flashes, and flying brass.

If you can't handle the recoil of an AR, you have no business shooting a long arm. Wait until she shoots a hunting caliber!
