My folks have a Remington 600 in .243 that someone is trying to buy from them. They asked me to do a bit of homework on it. It's in pristine (read: like new) condition. I searched around the net and couldn't find a lot of info, but found one link indicating it was "collectible"...
Anyone know anything about the real value of this gun?
The facts are indisputable. There is more data supporting the benefits of Conceal Carry than there is supporting global warming. If you choose ignorance, in light of all the evidence, in order to bolster your irrational fear of guns, you are a greater threat to society than any gun owner.
Found where someone was selling on on GunsAmerica a while back. Price was $650.00. Said it had 500 rounds through it, and stock had been replaced. It appears the collectible was chambered for .223 not the .243 model. Not sure how much help this info is. Might try and find a recent copy of Modern Gun Values, it might give you a better price range. Mine is WAY to outdated to be any help.

Go to GunBroker.com Online Gun Auction and look for guns like it, when ever I need to check the price of a used gun I look there, kind'a the E-bay of guns.
