I'm not sure exactly where you are but Niagara Falls Gun Range is public. Niagara Falls Boulevard in Wheatfield NY. $15/hr. Nice place, very new and all types of ammo and calibers can be shot. How far is Goshen from you? There is a nice 100 yard indoor range there.

I used to be a member of Albany County Pistol Club in Delmar but I moved about 15 years ago. They may still be there.
