Talk me out of this..
OK. I've had 2 new pistols follow me home in as many months.. BUT! None of them were a full size 1911.. I already have a compact SA 1911 that is great, but I'm looking to possibly get into some competitive shooting and would really like a full size..
So this is what I've been eyeing.. Sig 1911..
I need some solid reasons as to why I can't let this beauty follow me home!!
I work to buy guns. Not really, but sometimes it feels that way..

Well in that case its a no brainer.
If you feel the need to kick the habit simply box them up and I'll PM you an FFL near my house, I'd hate to see you in this much grief and would do my part to help!

Unless you can shoot all three at the same time it's not worth it - no one should have more than two guns......
did I talk you out of it??
on a side note - guy that works at a local shop here has one of those with CT grips on em, says he found it used for $500. needless to say, I was jealous.

I initially wanted a SIG 1911, but got talked out of it. Apparently, the external extractor has issues and something else breaks often in them.
The preceding post may contain sarcasm; it's just better that way. However, it is still intended with construction and with the Love of my L-rd Y'shua.

Ok, this is what I was after. Any more info on those issues you could provide? Or are you just pulling my chain?
