Range today

well we got a break in the bad weather here in KY and we took the opportunity to hit the range. most of our firing was walking toward/away from the target, drawing from concealed carry, also take a look at my videos and throw me some pointers if you have any.

p.s. was using my EDC, ria 1911 tactical, shooting BB 230gr FMJ's

You must be in the western part of the Commonwealth as it's been miserable here in the Central Bluegrass!

I noticed you had some wind in your face and it looked like you started firing at about ten yards as you advanced on "Bob"! In real life, I HOPE you'd QUICKLY move laterally off line to either the left or right BEFORE you started putting rounds down range!

yeah if i moved too far from side to side i wouldve ended up and a 6'' mud puddle, so i decided to go to and fro. im still learning alot , everytime at the range is like christmas morning to me though, i love every second of it

I'm afraid I don't get the business of moving TOWARD the target. If the guy has a gun I'll be moving my old butt AWAY from him as quickly as circumstances allow.

Always move back and off to one side...but keep shooting.:congrats:
