    Question PPK/S value?

I have a lightly used (S&W) Walther PPK/S that I am going to attempt to sell at a gun show tomorrow. The pistol has maybe 250 rounds through it. Can anyone tell me what a reasonable price for this pistol would be?

    Thanks!

New, these go for $475-$500. Used Interarms go for $325-$400. IMHO, A realistic price may be anything over $400. Ask $450, and expect to negotiate. There are tons of these on the market, and while they are fine pistols, there are just so many that their value is less strong than some models.

Check out Gunbroker for prices of guns actually sold on their "smart search".

    Good luck.

If you are planning on trying to sell it to a dealer at a gun show then you aren't going to get the $400+ price. No dealer is going to pay you the full value and then try to sell it for the same price. You can expect to receive about 1/2 the value. Dealers are in it to make a living too. If they can't turn a profit then they aren't going to buy it.

A dealer will try to sell it for $400 so he MAY give you $275 to $300

Forget about the dealers. Carry it at the gun show with a little sign or something, maybe some of the gun show attendees will be interested and pay a decent price.

I like mine and still have it, though I don't carry it much......only when I wear a tux

you will do better if you stay away for the dealers. all gun prices have gone up after the election. start at around $450, but i would look around before i sale to see what the dealers are selling thiers for. you might get more.
