    Pistol with Built In LED

Just thinking of some things that are HERE NOW that several years ago I would not have guessed it'd ever be.

I'd guessing ONE DAY someone will build a pistol with a build in LED - No separate LED to mount on the accessory rail but actually BUILT IN.

We have the Crimson Trace laser grips that are kinda built in to the grips now don't we??? Not to mention Lasermax replacing the guide rod with their laser....

Why not? Doesent sound like a bad idea really.
The LED's dont project much, but they are a lot better than they used to be.

There are scopes out that measure range with a laser, and automatically adjust the elevation of the scope that has the load "dialed in". You touch a button on the scope to range it, the scope adjusts and you hold dead on and shoot. It works out to 1200 yards.

Just think, shooting a .308 with a 21 foot drop at 1000 yards. You pop the button, give it a second or two, hold dead on and fire. Target is hit.

I've got a convertable scope that has a day/night module. When its nighttime, you pull a pin, swap it out with the night module and carry on without loss of zero. It works very well.

Sounds like a great idea to me!

Personally, I like the high output LED flashlights much better than the Krypton bulbs or Xenon bulbs.

That be cool...at work I can't have a gun but frequently use a flashlight, so if my flashlight happened to be firearm-shaped...
