    S&W Customer Service A+

    I was searching the S&W webstore for some replacement keys for a revolver I purchased used. Unable to find them I emailed the contact us link on the page. This was late thursday night. Friday morning I get an email that the keys are on the way, no charge. Keys arrive Monday. Great service, highly recommend them.

    I know and locally do Basic Hunter Education instruction along with the S&W Cust. Service Manager as member of a team of instructors all of whom are current or former/retired S&W employees, except for me.

    He is super nice and a great guy!
    A career employee with almost 40 yrs. under his belt exclusively with S&W.

    My S&W 340pd broke a week ago while at the range, something with the trigger broke and the weapon was rendered useless. I called S&W and they sent me a shipping label air frieght next day through UPS. I sent the gun back to them on a Monday (MLK day) and got the gun back on Friday same week. No charge to me what so ever. Absolutely great service.

    This has been my experience with S&W customer service as well. They stand behind their products.

    I had some issues getting my free mags from them from a new purchase. Kept getting "you will get them soon". After several more emails and a phone call, I received my two mags...and two more for the wait. So, while they may be slow at times, I'd say their customer service for making things right is top notch.

    I've bought a few S&W guns just because of the great experience with their customer service. I would highly recommend a S&W to anyone looking for a reliable gun backed by an awesome warranty.

    They have top notch customer service.
    When I was having a problem w/mags dropping out of my M&P9C they sent me shipping labels and fixed the problem. So what's the big deal?
    I wasn't the original owner of the gun.
