    multi purpose gun

ok so my Sigma .40 is currently the only pistol i own. question is i have to leave my gun at home while i work they are very strict about the security guards being the only ones armed, so my gun is always loaded either on me or in my girlfriends nightstand is there any adverse reactions to the ammo always being in the chamber?
either fight or flight and i aint got no damn wings!

As long as you are not chambering, unchambering, and then rechambering the same round, there should be no problem with the round staying chambered.
Benjamin Franklin once said, "he that would supplant a little liberty for a little safety deserves neither".

There's the correct answer. Constant rechambering of the same round can lead to a setback, which can raise chamber pressure to unsafe limits.
