    Mag info?

I know there has been threads about hi cap mags for 10/22s, and I know the steel lip mags are best but on a low budget these 2 caught my attention. Any info/experience on either of these specifically?

I have a couple of the Ramlines. I have had no problems with mine. Few hundred rounds through each and they still look OK. The others I know nothing about.

Also, I just noticed this today. My friendly neighborhood pawn shop has some generic (don't recall the brand) 30 rounders for $15. I thought about buying one to put through the paces with possibly buying more in mind.

All the ram line mags I had broke or would not work right. Butler Creek mags seem to work better. The shooters ridge appears to be the same style (maybe the same company) as the Butler Creek mags I still use. I have fired several thousand rounds using different mags.
Word on AR15.com is Black Dog mags are best but I have not tried them.

So the ramline is either good or bad. And no knowledge of the shooters ridge?

There's a company making them from aluminum. A little on the expensive side for a magazine but you would probably only have to buy them once.

There's another company manufacturing a rotary type, large capacity magazine but I cannot recall their name right now. My google fu is little weak today too.

I gave away my Ramlines, had awful luck with them. Now I have a bunch of factory 10 rounders.
