    Fun at the range (pics)

So I went to the range today, I just felt like shooting. I also rented a few, I first shot a Sig P229, which was my favorite of the rentals. Then a Sig P239, and last an FN....forgot the exact model, but thery were all .40s.

I shot my Sig Mosquito, and my Sig P220 also. I loved the feel of both Sigs, but hated the FN....too thick for me. I also didn't like the decocker on the FN, the hammer SLAMS up when used. With the Sig decocker, you can lower the hammer as quickly or slowly as you like. I was also less accurate with the FN. Enjoy the pics.

Nice. I pity the poor soul that invades your dwelling. Shame on 'em.

I need to get out to the range. Your pics make me wanna ask for the day off so I can go tomorrow.

Out of curiosity, what does your wife think of you using the kitchen as the firing range?
I will support gun control when you can guarantee all guns are removed from this planet. That includes military and law enforcement. When you can accomplish that, then I will be the last person to lay down my gun. Then I will carry the weapon that replaces the gun.

    It was her idea!
Actually I made sure to get them down before she got home. I couldn't find a better place to take pics and be able to see the holes in the BG, so I put it up with light behind it. Worked pretty well.

I finally got my hands on a S&W Chiefs Special I've been wanting, last Friday.
Took it to the range on Saturday and this is the first 20 rounds from 21 feet:

Hubby now understands why I've wanted this one for so long.
