Ah, I see what you mean. Every conversation I've had with owners of Afghan barrels has been positive, so I'm going to assume that Noveske already did the leg work in figuring out whatever needed to be figured out (if anything needed to be figured out at all). Their Afghan model rifle, having the same barrel, has an H buffer and seems to work just fine.

Defensive Carry Search Tips

I'd pass on Anvil Arms if you want your lower in this lifetime. They are massively behind and just putting the customers off until the lowers come in (they don't make their own). They had a big order for the Alaska hometown section of Arfcom last year - it took months longer than quoted to fill and they would not communicate with the purchasers who put down money. I believe right now they are still filling orders from before the election. (disclaimer: I personally had a less than stellar experience with them, although not about lowers.)
