I bought a DW Pointman 9 a month ago and had to send it back to DW after the first time I shot it. They sent me the mailing labels that same week for shipping. They sent it back today just a little over 2 weeks of receiving it. All of that is good, but they sent it back to me today without any kind of notification, so know one was around to sign for it. I think they should communicate with you better than that. Now I just hope it is fixed. It's the first new pistol that I have ever had a problem with.
