    Not shooting, saving ammo

Here lately, I have held off shooting for the lack of ammo. I find that it seems to be a little bit harder to find it, and with money being a bit more tight around the house hold, shooting has come to a near stand still. Am I the only one going thru this? What little ammo I have left, i find myself saving it for the "just incase" moment.

It is scarce. I still shoot cause I have been able to find ammo with a lot of extra leg work but I am paying ridiculous prices for the ammo. I hope things settle down soon and get back to normal.

I have not stopped shooting, but definitely not going as often for the same reasons you mentioned.

Bringing less rounds to the range, holding back on the shot count. Waiting to see how this ammo thing plays out. Also work is real slow, in conserve mode. Yes!

I'm only shooting stuff that I have components to relaod afterwords.

If things don't get better soon and my primers start getting low, I may just stop shooting until things get better. I've definately cut way back. Heck I've only fired 30 rifle rounds in the last month, and that was load testing.

Certainly not shooting as often as I used to...

Most of the people that I know are saving their ammo for the impending economic collapse.

I shoot about as often, but, I do shoot less per trip.
Maybe that is a good thing, shooting stops before I get tired.

Cut way way back. Don't want to pay the inflated price; worry that it will be harder and harder to find it in the near term future.

I've cut way back for now. It's been four weeks since a practiced last and then I went through less rds. Me and the boy did shoot up a couple hundred .22 rds though.

I am going shooting today 4-11-09 with my Dad. I have to break in my G36. I will look for ammo as well.
After today I will only have 700 rounds left. Unless I am shooting at Zombies every night I think I will be OK.

I buy a box or two, when I can find it, and shoot much less. I'm trying to scrape up enough money to get some reloading gear until then I'm saving all my brass. I have noticed that there isn't any brass left at the range anymore so I'm not the only one.
