Tampa Gun Show
I (luckily) arrived later in the day. Saturday 4-18-09. Two people in front of me buying tickets and I was the only one having my guns made safe.
I was told by many how crowded it was before I arrived. The guy checking my guns said the line went back Way over there, and it was 2 lines, one for just admission and one for the gun check.
I was able to get two of the things I have been looking for.
Pearce Grip extensions +0 for my Glock 36, and rubber speed strips for my SP101 .357. (At most of the local gun shops, when I inquired about speed strips they would look at me like I grew a third eye, not know what I was referring to, then say We gots these speed loaders, they be round and all). :22a:
Ammo was way to much money. The price of target ammo is now what SD ammo Was. :ticking:
P.S. The background for the pics is a ShamWow, from the dude that got arrested in Miami
Tampa is just a couple of hours away, but I vowed to quit the gun shows several years ago.
Looks like you have good taste in Glocks though...:image035:
We dropped by early, only to find they had no ammo, no reloading components, and were charging $80+ for .380 ACP. No dice. Got a couple free ammo cans, though.
There's another one in Palmetto this weekend right?
Is this same suncoast one or different?
I was thinking of stopping by while in town on vacation.
