I finally get to the point of buying and discover the gun I want is as scarce as hen's teeth!

Cedar Valley Outfitters in Marion, Iowa had one yesterday. They do internet sales all the time, Google 'em up if you'd like it, or drop me a PM for contact info.
"What does Marcellus Wallace LOOK like?"
I sold mine to my brother in law about 8 years ago and he still has it. I don't think he put 200 rounds through it since he has owned it. I wish I never sold it. That thing was a tack driver!
Are G35's that hard to find? I never really thought that glocks were that difficult to locate.
"Gun control is being able to hit your target."
Some ads say "Long slide"
Does that mean Glock put these out with different slide lengths, or that this gun has a longer slide than many other guns?
Glock 35 Long Slide Tactical .40S&W NEW IN BOX : Semi-auto at GunBroker.com
The G35 is indeed a longer-slide version of the G22. The G17 was the original Glock pistol, and the G22 a .40 version in the same overall length. The first longslide .40 Glock was the G24. The G35 fits within the IDPA maximum dimensions, so it outsells the longer G24.
Edited to add: Just to be clear, all G35s are the same length as all other G35s. The G35 is termed "longslide" because most consider the G17/G22 to be the standard length Glocks.
So, what's the update? Find one?

I'd rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6!
The gunbroker link is looking good.
Turns out the local gun shop had one hidden in some back room cabinet so looking at that real hard too.
Like the stock market, I buy when things are high. Look for gun prices to plummet when it comes time to sell this!
