Benelli M1 Super 90 - bought when I was 18. So, 7 years I've had that. All my guns so far I've bought new or lightly used, so I think it is also probably the oldest gun I own.

The gun I've owned the longest is a Remington 788 in 22-250 that I had since I was about 15 or so, which makes it 30 years now. The oldest gun I own is an 1868 3rd Allin conversion 50-70 Springfield Trapdoor.

Actually oldest may be a mil surp 91/30 Mosin for historic age but leaving that aside my oldest regularly used and non mil is a Mauser Obendorfe .22LR rifle - a heavy rifle with excellent feel - in fact with a chamber dia of 1" or so - I am sure it could well stand pressures from .223 or better if re chambered! It dates back to 1920's and have owned it for around 24 years.

14 years. I bought a Marlin .22lr at a local sporting goods store when I moved out of my parents place at 18 (grew up in a no-gun house).

My father gave me my first rifle a 1898 springfield 30-40 krag when I was in the 6th grade. This was 1960. It was bigger than I was. I had to lay it across a stump to shoot it using cast bullets and light loads.

My oldest gun was bought 6 weeks before I was born by my father. It is a Fox Model B 12 guage double barreled shotgun. I will be 62 in December so will the gun. Both my dad ( now passed on) and I killed our first deer with that gun.
