what are the laws regarding buying two guns at the same time. I am planning on getting a dan wesson pointman 7 and a g26 next weekend and am wondering if they are going to put me on the 3 day wait? I bought my s&w 442 and then my nef pardoner 2 weeks later and got put on the 3 day wait for the shottie. j/w if im going to need to spread out my purchases or what the deal is. thanks in advance. btw im buying in Louisiana
Whatever the requirements for buying the first...applies to the second, at least in FL.
I would assume it's the same in your state (except if you live in a communist state).

Not sure, I think we have a one a month rule here, could be wrong though.
I got 11 guns one day....walked right out the door with them. But that was in WA and I had my permit with me.
It depends on the state. There are some that have a "xx number of guns per month". When I lived in Virginia, they had a stupid 1 gun a month rule (that didn't count trade ins).
"Gun Free Zones" is where only criminals carry guns.
In North Carolina you can buy out the store if you have the money and your permit.
Its a shame that youth is wasted on the young.
In NC we fill out a (BATFE) form if you buy more than one handgun in a day and/or up to ten days and mail it to the BATFE.
