Looking for a certain type of sights

I recently bought a shotgun and a friend came along to the gun shop and ended up buying his own. As we were looking around the store he saw a muzzle-loader with fiber optic sights that he really likes and now he wants those.

There are 2 green fiber optic dots in the rear and 1 red fiber optic dot in the front. The closest looking thing I can find on line has been the truglo turkey sights. Plus, I can find the front sight fairly easy, but the 2 dot rear I don't know what to search for.
Can someone lead me in the right direction as to where to find these, what they're called if they have a certain name, and what kind of prices he'd be looking at.
If they aren't universal, they have to fit on a Mossberg 500

Yeah, thanks JAT - like that, but there's no vent rib on his gun and the one he's looking for had two short (maybe 1/2 inch) pieces of exposed green fiber optic that sit parallel to each other for the rear sight.

I think he likes the look just as much as the actual sight picture, since he hasn't even shot the gun yet
