I am a NY resident and am about to apply for my C&R license. Can I buy C&R eligible pistols and have them shipped directly to me or will I still need to involve a NYS dealer for C&R eligible pistol purchases? Please advise, thank you.

sorry, I have an NY 03... you may not have any hand gun shipped to you with out also having a NY pistol dealer permit...and they will need to be added to your handgun permit... fear not the ATF agent will fill you in when they interview you... Good luck..
