    Bloodwork S&W Revolver?

Does anyone here know what the model number was of the S&W revolver Clint Eastwood used in the movie Bloodwork? I believe it was a performance center gun but dont't know much else about it. Is it a rare gun,are these hard to find? How long did S&W makes these guns for? thanks for any help.

In that barrel length ( 2 5/8"), they are extremely rare. There is some debate over exactly how many were made, but the general agreement is right around 300. If you can find one, expect to pay somewhere between $1500 - $2000, although I have seen one sell for $2300 and change.

Uh, is that a left-handed 870? Probably flipped the negatives. Anyone remember negatives? Sorry, didn't mean to hijack!

One just sold (almost instantly) on the S&W Forum for $1500, no box or papers.
