Selling a Walther P22 Question...
Would you do it?
I do not own many guns but have a few. The P22 is one of the ones I own. I am not looking to sell it here, but I am just thinking about selling it. I have sold a few guns in the past that I have regretted selling, but I am not sure about this one. I do not shoot a lot. It is a plinker and not what I would consider a good target pistol at all.
Just wondering what your thoughts would be?
Thanks for your input, Ron

I had two of them and sold one, but still have one. It is a fun gun to shoot for me. However, if you are wanting to get more of a target 22 and don't think you would shoot the p22 anymore then perhaps you should sell it. Although, I have sold a few guns that I later regretted....

If you should decide to sell let me know... ---> first right of refusal if you will. Thanks

out of the numerous handguns i own, the P22 is for some inexplicable reason, my favorite. I plan to buy another soon. The p22, aside from the mag release, is laid out like most da/sa combat pistols. I use mine as a trainer. I agree that if a target pistol is what you desire, a Ruger Mark is hard to beat.

And I bought the P22 as a type of trainer gun. I just don't shoot it much at all though.

With the price of ammo rising, I use my P22 as a "Fighting Pistol" training weapon. I do all of my training inside 21' with the P22 and then finish out with about 30 rounds of my EDC carry weapon. Sure saves a bunch of money and helps hone the skills I have. As a target weapon, I'm sure it leaves a lot to be desired against some of the other .22 weapons available. I personally would keep it in my possession. JMHO
Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. If faced with any type of adversity, only I can overcome it. Waiting for someone else to take responsibility is a long fruitless wait.
