    Teaching my aunt to shoot...

Well when you have a funeral family comes in from all around. My aunt came in from Las Vegas as soon as she heard about my niece. Due to the economy my uncle has taken a job in Houston which leaves my aunt home alone alot. She mentioned she wanted a gun for protection and didn't know how to shoot. I said your in luck I just completed the Instructors course from the NRA and I'm certified to teach the basics of pistol shooting and safety. She's going to be my first student. It's awesome to take someone who dosen't know and teach them something your passionate about.

Way to go! Your uncle will also feel better out there on the road knowing that your aunt has gotten training by you. Kudos!

Good for you on the Instructor's course. Maybe some good can come out of this tragedy. Still praying for you and yours.

How long was the course? I've been thinking about doing it...
