It's official, I love my new 22 rifle
I posted recently about my new Savage Mark II BV. I had the day off work today so I made a trip to the range. Here is a 3 shot group at 50 yards from my trip. This was with federal bulk ammo from Wally World.

I am so impressed with this rifle. Can't wait to take it to the woods this fall.

Fotomaker, what scope is that? Is it available in a silver finish? I have yet to scope my Savage MKll BTVS and am looking for suggestions. Based on your shots I'd say you dialed in the right combination. Nice work.

Thanks. I must say that I can't believe how much I am enjoying shooting this rifle. I have not messed with 22s in years but am really getting into it. Go get one and enjoy

I just recently purchased a Mossberg "New Haven" 22S-L-LR manufactured in 1958-1960. It's in mint condition, no rust clean and it appears to be fired very little. I'm ready to take it out to a range. It also has a Telstar 4x15 scope on it. It looks like it would be a lot of fun to shoot. I can't wait.
