    WA gun stores near Seattle?

My apologies if this isn't posted in the right spot...

I'm headed down to Bull's Eye in Tacoma on Monday. I'm told it's a great place to go shoot (has an indoor range, and they rent guns to shoot), but that I should check around before I make a purchase.

I'm looking for a G23 (might go down to 9mm instead of .40 if someone makes a really good case for it, but that's beside the point) - something everyone should have. I can cut 15 bucks off the price by paying cash at Bull's Eye, but I was recently turned on to another place.

Federal Way Discount Guns is, reportedly, a small "hole in the wall" shop that sounds like it gets a lot of business and has good stock.

I'm curious to hear whether anybody has patronized either establishment, or, better yet, can recommend another place to look while I'm down there on Monday. I'd also be willing to head through Kitsap. I've heard Boerner's in Gorst is good, but they don't have G23 in stock.

    Suggestions, please!
    Thanks for your help.

Federal Way Discount Guns is an ok place, they have a great selection with lots in stock and I think their prices are fairly competitive. Customer service there can be lacking at times - either you wait for a while to get anyone to help or the guys there can seem like they sport a bit of an attitude - of course in their environment and some of the people they must deal with and watch all at once I can forgive some of that. I have not been to the store downstairs at Bullseye but I have gone shooting there before, lots of guns you can shoot and nice, helpful staff at the range - it being a public range you'll want to keep your eyes peeled about what others are doing and make sure everyone is acting safely though. YMMV.

try Discount Gun Sales in Tukwila, they have a good collection of Glocks. Champion Arms in Kent has brand new Glocks.

If you get out to the north end, try Pawn Fathers in Lynnwood and Everett on Hwy 99/Evergreen Way. They are Glock dealers and have a decent selection of many makes. Solid people to deal with, too.
PS: They do 90-day layaways with 20% down.

Thanks for the suggestions. Some have what I want, some don't. Nonetheless, good leads!

Adventure Sports in Lynnwood has fair deals, once in a while.
