    My wife shooting snubby

OK, I'm trying to post this video here. My wife was putting five rounds of 38 special from about 13ft into a nice little target paper I made. The yellow rectangle is 3x7inches.

I'm sure you know the 642 is lighter than the 649. We handled two identical 642s at Georgia Ace hardware store that had a small gun section a few weeks ago. I was pointing out some differences to my wife between those and the one we have.

    LOL!
    This is a range!
A converted trailer with six, parallel, 10 meter long lanes.
They rent pistols; the biggest one is a 44 Magnum. So far the walls have not been pierced yet.

Yep. She just hates any snubbies, lol, she says they make the ground shake.

That's the type of gun control I can support!

    Well done!

That's funny as all get out.

Lots of flash from those special rounds. They weren't even additional pressure loads?

These are reloaded ammunition from Mastercast, 125gr FMJ flat points. They are not + p but rated at 860 fps whereas their +p hollow points are 925 fps. Not from the short barrel, though, I guess!

    amo

I also think my J-frame has a wider cylinder/barrel gap than the L-frame so some of the flame surely comes from there.

On another note, I shot some Remington UMC JHP +p 38 specials in the past that made bigger flash than magnums. Burned pretty dirty, too.
